The Pokemon Center MEGA Tokyo located in Ikebukuro is the largest and most popular Pokemon Center in Tokyo. The store is located inside the Sunshine City shopping center and is FULL of amazing Pokemon merchandise. This store is also famous for its amazing decor and Pokemon displays that visitors can take pictures with. In the entrance and around the store there are large displays of multiple Pokemon all of which are super cute! This Pokemon Center also has the widest variety of Pokemon merchandise available, with a whole wall being dedicated to Pokemon plushies! 2. Pokemon Center Tokyo DX
The Pokemon Center Tokyo DX is located in Nihonbashi, right next to the Pokemon Cafe! Like the Pokemon Center MEGA Tokyo in Ikebukuro, this Pokemon Center is very large and sells a wide range of Pokemon merchandise. On top of this, this Pokemon Center also has amazing Pokemon Displays to take photos with! The best thing about this Pokemon Center is the fact that it is located right next to the Pokemon Cafe, meaning you can buy amazing Pokemon merchandise as well as eat Pokemon themed food all in one location!

The Pokemon Center Tokyo Bay is located on the Tokyo Bay in Funabashi. Unlike the other two stores, this Pokemon Center focuses more on selling Pokemon plushies than other Pokemon merchandise. This means that this Pokemon Center has the widest variety of Pokemon plushies compared to other Pokemon centers in Tokyo! On top of this, this Pokemon Center is located in a beautiful location due to it being located inside the Tokyo Bay LaLaport, right near the sea! 4. Pokemon Store Tokyo Station
The Pokemon Store in Tokyo Station is labelled as a ‘Pokemon Store’ rather than a Pokemon Center. This is due to the fact that the shop is comparatively smaller compared to the other Pokemon Centers. Having said this, it is still very much worth the visit to get your hands on some amazing Pokemon merchandise! The store is located on character street, underneath Tokyo Station! What’s different about this store compared with the other Pokemon Centers is the fact that this store sells plushies and merchandise showing Pikachu as a Japanese train captain!! You cannot get this merchandise at any of the other stores so it really is worth visiting this shop to get your hands on some unique Pokemon merchandise!

The Pokemon Center Shibuya is one of the coolest decorated Pokemon Centers in Tokyo. The store is fairly new due to the refurbishment of Shibuya PARCO in recent years. Due to this, the store has amazing decorations, unlike any other Pokemon center in Tokyo! The store also sells a few items that can only be purchased at this Pokemon Center, which makes visiting this Pokemon center all the more worth it! This store is located in a great place allowing you to hang out in Shibuya and get some amazing Pokemon merchandise!

The Pokemon Center Sky Tree Town is located in the shopping center that is underneath Tokyo Sky Tree. This is the perfect place to stop off and get some Pokemon merchandise during your visit to Sky Tree. The Pokemon Center sells similar items to the other Pokemon Centers but also holds Pokemon themed events sometimes! Although this Pokemon Center is not one of the biggest, it is certainly worth the visit due to its amazing location!
