1. Sailor Moon Restaurant


In Tokyo there is a WHOLE restaurant that is dedicated to Sailor moon and is Tokyo’s first permanent Sailor Moon restaurant!! It opening recently in September 2019 and has been very popular since then! The restaurant features a full menu (which changes monthly), that is full of Sailor Moon themed food! On top of this, there is a live stage show where professional actors perform as different characters and do different dances that have been inspired by the anime!

2. Pokemon Cafe


This permanent Pokemon cafe which has opened in Tokyo recently, is truly everything Pokemon fans have dreamed of!! The cafe offers a full menu of super cute Pokemon themed food and drinks which are very tasty. The cafe is also decorated very cutely with pokemon decor all around it! If you’re lucky, you will also get the chance to meet chef Pikachu, who comes out to do a show sometimes throughout the day!
Although this cafe is a little on the pricey side, I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for anime themed cafes in Tokyo!

A new ‘Haikyuu!!’ collaboration cafe is coming to the Animate cafe located in Tokyo! The cafe will feature tons of Haikyuu!! themed foods and drinks as well as LOADS of limited edition Haikyuu!! merchandise on sale. The cafe in Ikebukuro, Tokyo will be open from 05/08/2020 to 07/09/20! The food items range from 800yen to 1,200yen and drinks are all 600yen! For every item you buy, you will receive a free Haikyuu!! coaster as a present!

Raku Spa, a spa with branches all over Japan are collaborating with the extremely popular anime, Demon Slayer. The two are collaborating to bring Demon Slayer decoration all around the spa, a Demon Slayer themed cafe and much more! The collaboration will be on from 08/07/2020 to 30/09/20 and will cost the entrance fee to the spa, plus 700yen to join in with the event.

3. Yuri on Ice X Sanrio Collaboration


If you’re a Yuri on Ice fan and also love Sanrio, then this is the perfect event for you! The two are collaborating to bring out a super cute cafe with character themed food, drinks and merchandise! Each character has been paired up with a Sanrio character to suit them and the food, drinks and merchandise will be themed around this!
This cafe was actually held in 2018 but due to it’s popularity it is coming back this summer!
