If you’re an anime lover like me, you’ve probably watched and fell in love with the new, extremely popular anime, ‘Demon Slayer’ (Kimetsu No Yaiba). The anime is honestly amazing, if you haven’t watched it yet, make sure to read our full review here!! If you’re planning on going to Tokyo soon, or are living in Tokyo…we’ve written this article to show you guys the BEST Demon Slayer themed things to do and places to go in Tokyo! 1. Win Some Demon Slayer Merchandise on a UFO Catcher

The UFO catcher machines in Tokyo really are something! Not only do they have tons of amazing prizes on offer, they also give you a fair chance at winning!! There has recently been a boom in Demon Slayer UFO machines in Tokyo due to the popularity of the anime. You can usually find these machines at any large arcade in Tokyo, however I took these pictures at the various arcades in Akihabara! So if you want to be guaranteed to find a Kimetsu No Yaiba machine, make sure to head to Akihabara!

They even have amazing figurines and cosplay up for grabs!! The quality of the items is also really good!! Make sure you take enough money with you though as this can get addictive!!!

2. Visit A Kimetsu No Yaiba Cafe

There have been a few Demon Slayer collaboration cafes this year, all of which were amazing! The anime had plans to collaborate with more cafes throughout the year but due to COVID-19 these plans have been delayed. However, due to lockdown easing and shops opening back up, these cafes should be going ahead fairly soon! We will keep you all updated on the latest cafes being held on our instagram so make sure you go over there and follow us to keep updated!

All the dishes featured on the menu are character themed and so are all the drinks! These cafes are also usually decorated with Demon Slayer items and also sell TONS of Demon Slayer merchandise!!

3. Go Kimetsu No Yaiba Merchandise Shopping at Animate

Due to Animate and Demon Slayer constantly collaborating with each other and bringing out new merchandise, Animate is the best shop to go to if you’re looking for Demon Slayer merchandise! They have tons of unique Kimetsu no Yaiba pieces that you can’t find anywhere else! Although there are Animate shops dotted throughout Tokyo, my personal favorite stores are the ones in Shibuya and Akihabara.

4. Try Your Luck on the Demon Slayer Gacha Machines

Just like the UFO machines, there has recently been a massive increase in Demon Slayer gacha machines! On these machines you can win small merchandise items such as key chains, small plushies and badges! These machines are super fun as you don’t know what prize is going to come out! These would make great presents for other anime lovers as you both don’t know which item it is until you open it!
