Tokyo’s Most Instagram Worthy Cafes 2019
Tokyo is hot spot for all things instagram, from food to shops there’s just about everything that’s been made ‘instagram worthy’. Most shops now even have their own free instagram spot, where you can take a super kawaii picture for your instagram! We all know a key part of instagram is food and drink…so where can you go in Tokyo to grab a bite to eat and a drink that will also match your feed?! Don’t worry, we’ve got your back! Here’s a list of some of the most kawaii and instagrammable cafes in Tokyo 2019!
1. Urth Cafe
Strawberry and Matcha Bubble Tea 
Urth Cafe’s famous waffle
Urth cafe is a super cute tapioca cafe located in Omotesando, Daikanyama and Harajuku. The food and drinks are super cute and perfect for instagram! The logo and vibe of the whole cafe is super cool and has a whole ‘old british’ vibe, probably due to the fact that they sell mostly tea! Apart from how aesthetic it is, the food and drink are to die for! I can honestly say that this tapioca was some of the best i’ve ever tasted, the tapioca itself and the tea is full of flavor!
The cafe also has quite a large food menu, with their most famous foods being their pancakes and waffles! Their pancakes are super fluffy and sweet, and are MADE for instagram!!
We’ve been to this cafe many times and each time we love it even more! If you’re not sure what to get (as everything on the menu looks super tasty) we recommend getting the Earl Grey or Strawberry bubble tea! If you’re feeling adventurous, they also offer “cheesy” tapioca, which has a scoop of cream cheese on the top!

2. Little Darling Coffee Roasters

Little Darling Coffee Roasters is one of my favorite places to go in Tokyo to grab a snack and a coffee! The cafe is huge with tons of seats, a large lawn (that you can sit on) and more outdoor seating! Next to the cafe there is also a super cute flower shop! The building itself is SUPER instagrammable and so is the food and drink! The cafe also has tons of instagram photo spots which are indicated by a small black with a camera symbol on it!
Apart from this being one of the most aesthetic cafes ever, the food and drink is also super tasty! The coffee is some of the best you will taste in Tokyo and they have many unique food items on offer too! If you’re looking for a cute cafe in Tokyo, this is the one to go to!

3. Cafe Honey Mi Honey

Cafe Honey Mi Honey’s Concept is pink, pink, pink!! Everything is decorated with pick and gold and it is definitely one of the most aesthetic cafes in Tokyo! The cafe has a wide variety of unique drinks for you to try, each look super delicious and instagram worthy!
The food is also very tasty and decorated very ‘kawaii’. This cafe is also located in a very convenient place, Harajuku! Meaning you can stop by there to grab a snack when you get tired from all that shopping!

As you can see from the picture above, the outside also has a cute instagram photo spot, with the sign for the cafe made to look like a bus stop! To go with this, inside you can by keychains and stickers that look like ‘room keys’ or motel tickets! This is also part of the cafes concept!

4. Alfred’s Tea Room
Bubble Tea and Croissant in the tea room 
Takeaway bubble tea
Alfred’s tea room, located in Aoyama, is one of the most kawaii cafes ever! It is a perfect place to get those instagram shots you’re looking for in Tokyo! The cafe is set out so that the downstairs is a takeaway bubble tea cafe and the upstairs is the tea room! In the upstairs you can enjoy bubble tea, along with other drinks, with a tasty treat such as croissants, scones and cakes! all the food is decorated super cute and so is the cafe itself!
There are multiple spots for you to take amazing pictures in the cafe and the food is presented on pink plates with gold cutlery, which looks super cute especially for instagram!

5. Sunday Brunch

Sunday Brunch is a super cute cafe in Shimokitazawa which is famous for it’s super cute cakes and drinks! Especially their latest MATCHING cake and drink that is decorated with sunflowers! This cafe is less pink that all the others, so if you have an instagram theme that is more sophisticated rather than ‘kawaii’ then this is the place for you to go!
Shimokitazawa is famous for it’s vintage fashion shops and it’s honestly one of my favorite places in Tokyo due to how cool it is! That’s another reason this cafe is great, because it’s in an amazing location! You can enjoy some cute food and drink and then go and explore the super cool shops of Shimokitazawa!

6. Dumbo Coffee and Doughnuts

The cafe itself
Dumbo is a fairly new cafe located in Azabu-Juban, that sells the most amazing giant doughnuts and super tasty coffee! They have a wide variety of different doughnuts on sale all for a fairly reasonable price (380yen). Many who go there have started taking pictures of their doughnut on top of their coffee which is super cute and instagrammable! The cafe is decorated very minimalistic with pops of bright pink, which is super cute and in fashion right now!

The cafe’s vibe is super chill and cool, I highly recommend going here if you’re in the area! It’s guaranteed to be liked by everyone…I mean, who doesn’t like doughnuts right?
